Made a mistake with your measuring? There’s no need to worry as with Measure Protect, we’ll replace your blinds with a new one at the correct sizes.
All you have to do is get in touch and let us know you need to make a claim. Our customer support team will require a few details so make sure you have the following information:
- Order Number
- Details of the Incorrect Blind
- New Measurements for your Replacement Blind

The price charged for measure protect insurance will depend on the value of the selected blind. Please see the table below for more information:

Terms & Conditions
- Measure Protect covers incorrect measurements only and products will only be replaced with a like-for-like product as per the original order with the exception of the relevant sizing issue.
- If the revised measurements result in a higher price than initially paid, you will be charged the difference. However, if the new measurements reflect a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference.
- Please note, for vertical blinds ordered with the incorrect drop, we will replace the slats only given that your headrail is the correct width.
- We will use the price on the website at the time you wish to use your Measure Protect Insurance against a replacement blind. We cannot honour any previous sale price or discount code on Measure Protect orders.
- If you choose to claim the Measure Protect insurance, the original order will need to be returned in the original packaging as soon as possible & prior to delivery of your replacement order. Should the returned blind/s be damaged or altered in any way, we reserve the right to cancel your claim and stop production of your replacement. Should you have paid for the Measure Protect, this cost will not be refunded.
- When returning the original order, please include details with your order number either inside the package or written on the box.
- Should you wish to make a Measure Protect claim, you must notify us within 10 working days of receipt of your original purchase and the goods must then be returned to the return address below within 8 weeks.
- If you choose to use your Measure Protect against an incorrect blind, you must pay the relevant delivery charges in any circumstance.
- We are only able to offer one remake per item where Measure Protect was selected at point of sale. If the replacement item is also ordered incorrectly, you cannot make a second claim. Any subsequent orders will not be covered if Measure Protect is not selected at point of sale.
- Should the product be out of stock or unavailable at the time you request your replacement, we can either refund the amount paid for Measure Protect or you would need to wait for stock to arrive in. We cannot refund the original item.
- Measure Protect insurance is not currently available on Perfect Fit Shutters, Curtains, or Cushions.

Please Note: We advise informing your chosen courier that the delivery of returned goods must be attempted on weekdays between 8.30am – 4.30pm. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted.
Once we’ve received your incorrectly measured blinds, our customer support team will be in touch to confirm your replacement.
