How to Fit Fakro® Blinds

When it comes to installing Fakro® blinds or our own brand of Skylight Blinds, we’re always on hand to help guide you at Unbeatable Blinds. Start by gathering your tools: you’ll need a screwdriver and an allen key. If your skylight window is particularly high then a ladder may also be useful.

First, use the adhesive strip and attach the strip cassette onto your window and secure it into place with your screws. Next, carefully slide your side channel into place ensuring it is positioned under the headbox tip and fits snug against the edge of the window. Once in place, use your screws to secure it. Can you use Fakro® blinds on normal windows?

At Unbeatable Blinds, our own range of Fakro roller blinds are only suitable for Fakro® skylight windows.
