How to Fit Dakstra® Blinds

If you’re unsure how to install Dakstra® blinds, there’s no need to worry! At Unbeatable Blinds, we’re always on hand to help guide you through your Dakstra® blind fitting and keep things simple. Start by gathering your tools: you’ll need a screwdriver and an allen key. A ladder may also be helpful if your skylight window is particularly high.

First, detach the adhesive strip and attach the strip cassette onto your skylight window and secure it into place with the screws provided. Next, carefully slide your side channel into place ensuring it is positioned under the headbox tip and snug against the edge of the window. Once in place, use your screws to secure it. Can you use Dakstra® blinds on normal windows?
